International Robotics Competition held at Rainbow International School

 

A day-long International Robotics Competition was held at Rainbow International School, Nagrota Bagwan on 7’th Nov 2019. The event was patronized by Aavishkar and Mindgrind and about 150 students from various parts of Himachal, including Simla, Chamba, Mandi, and Rohru took part in it.

Dr. D.P. Tiwari, Director of Rajiv Gandhi Engineering College, Nagrota graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He was joined by Shri. Rajiv Dhawa from Aavishkar and Shri Aditya from Mindgrind.

The participants were divided into three groups and the theme of the competition was “Boat Olympic Games”. Each participant was given 4 minutes to complete his/her task.

Junior Group

In his address, the Chief Guest encouraged every student to take part in such competitions to grow their scientific skills. He also felicitated the winning participants by awarding them certificates and medals.

Principal, Dr. Chhavi Kashyap, thanked the participants, teachers, assembled dignitaries and the members of Aavishkar and Mindgrind teams for making the event a grand success.
